Order Notifications

Every time an order is placed on your store, two things happen:

1. An order notification is sent to you by email; and
2. The order shows up in the 'orders' admin area

Stock Control

Our shopping cart software includes a comprehensive inventory system, so there's no need for separate software to keep track of your stock. Each time a purchase is made from your store - your quantity in stock figure will be automatically adjusted (e.g. if you have 100 items of a product in stock and someone makes a purchase - the quantity in stock figure will be automatically reduced to 99).

Wholesale Prices

Our e commerce software allows you to specify separate 'wholesale' prices for every product and only users who have been granted 'wholesale' status by you will be able to see the wholesale prices.

Here's how it works:

When a customer registers at your store, they can specify if they are a wholesale or retail customer. If you approve them as a wholesale customer in the admin area, they will see wholesale prices when they login.

Everyone else (i.e. those that have not been granted wholesale access) will see the regular retail prices.
