After we receive your order, we'll email you a comprehensive design questionnaire. The questionnaire will give us a detailed view of your business, your target market and the type of look + feel you're hoping to achieve.
Once we've received your completed questionnaire, we'll put together your design and email you a draft screenshot that you can review.
Absolutely. Once you receive the initial draft, you'll get the opportunity to give feedback and suggest any changes you'd like to make to the design (e.g. increase the size of an image, change colour, etc).
Once we receive your completed questionnaire, your designer will contact you by telephone to get a better feel for your needs and discuss any points that need clarification.
After your initial consultation, you'll be in constant contact with your designer by email. You'll also get to track your jobs progress through our online client area.
We allow up to 3 rounds of design revisions. Additional design revisions can be purchased, however 95% of customers reach a final version within 2 rounds of revisions.
Most designs are completed within 2-6 weeks from commencement. The completion time frame will largely be dependant on how quickly you can get the required materials to your designer and the speed you respond with feedback.
